A Healthy Start in life with HENRY

HENRY is a completely free 8 week group course, running termly in local community venues!

HENRY courses are targeted at parents and carers of children aged 0-5 years, with the aims of giving parents the advice and confidence they need to make the early years of their child’s life as healthy and engaging as possible.

Parents want to do the best they possibly can for their children, and the HENRY courses provide all of the guidance you’ll need to improve things such as personal confidence, your child’s diet and nutrition, activity levels and much more!
